SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Bad Shirts, every product is made-to-order with care and precision.
We want your shopping experience to be smooth, reliable, and transparent — from order placement to delivery.
Below you’ll find all details about processing times, shipping costs, international delivery, and holiday deadlines.

CHRISTMAS SHIPPING DEADLINES

During the holiday season, shipping carriers such as USPS and UPS may experience delays beyond our control.
To ensure delivery before Christmas, please place your order no later than December 12 at 11:59 PM EST.
Orders placed after December 12 (11:59 PM EST) are not guaranteed to arrive by December 25.

ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

All products are printed on demand and go through a production process before shipping.

  • Orders are accepted 24/7 and processed Monday through Friday in the order they are received.
  • Fulfillment Time:
    • Standard items: 1–3 business days
    • Licensed or special products: 4–7 business days
    • Peak periods (e.g., Christmas, New Year): up to 7–14 business days
  • “Business days” are Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Once your order is fulfilled, it will be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or Yun Express, depending on your destination.
  • A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order ships.
  • Some items may ship separately depending on size, type, or print provider. You will not be charged extra for multiple shipments.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • U.S. Shipping: From $6.99 + $2 each extra item for the entire order.
  • International Shipping: Starting from $17.11 + $5.5 each extra item for the entire order.
  • Free Shipping for US orders over $75, for International orders over $160.
  • Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type and destination.

  • Orders ship from Miami, Florida (Monster Digital)
  • Economy Shipping (via USPS): 4–8 business days after fulfillment
  • Shipping Fee: $6.99 for the first item + $2.00 for each additional item

EUROPEAN SHIPPING (NO CUSTOMS FEES)

We proudly ship to most European countries with no customs charges or import duties applied since July 30, 2021.

  • Delivery Time: 4–8 business days after fulfillment
  • Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout
  • Benefits:
    • Shorter delivery times (average 4–6 business days)
    • No customs charge or duties
    • Reduced risk of lost parcels

Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria, Ireland, Portugal, Finland, Greece, Denmark, Czech Republic, Hungary, Switzerland, Norway, and more.depending on customs clearance and local carriers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (WORLDWIDE)

We offer global shipping to most destinations worldwide!

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days after fulfillment
  • Shipping Fee: $17.11 for the first item + $5.50 for each additional item
  • Estimated Delivery:
    • Europe: 4–8 business days
    • Other countries: 9–13 business days
    • May vary depending on destination and customs processing.

CUSTOMS, TAXES & DUTIES

For international orders (outside the U.S. and EU):

  • Your order may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or local handling fees upon arrival.
  • These fees are not included in the product or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.
  • International shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) — meaning VAT and customs duties are not collected at checkout.
  • Customs policies vary widely. Please check with your local customs office for details.
  • Customs inspections may cause additional delays beyond our control.

ADDRESSES, TRACKING & MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

  • Please review your shipping details carefully before submitting your order.
  • We only ship to valid street addresses.
  • We do deliver to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.
  • Multiple Shipping Addresses: Currently, we do not support shipping one order to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each location.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
  • Once your order enters processing, address changes cannot be made.

DELAYS & RESPONSIBILITY

Although we provide estimated shipping times, unforeseen delays can occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays and peak periods
  • Customs clearance
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

We will do our best to keep you informed, but Bad Shirts cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors.
