Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations:

If you need to cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. We do not have the ability to cancel orders after that timeframe.

Returns and exchanges are approved at our sole discretion and must be requested within 48 hours of receipt. You can try on a product, or open it up to see what it looks like, but returns and exchanges cannot be worn, dirty, or in poor condition. Any tags should be kept on  

Any approved returns, exchanges, or cancellations may be subject to a 20% restocking fee - please make sure you understand what you're ordering and what it looks like, and contact us before ordering if you have any questions about an item. Depending on the situation, costs associated with returns or exchanges may be the responsibility of the customer.

If you believe your product is defective, please email us with your order number and a photo or video clearly showing the defect so we can discuss next steps. 

Bulk and Custom Orders

If you’re looking to get custom apparel designed for a wedding, bachelor/bachelorette party, corporate event, or other occasion, contact us through our “Request Bulk and Custom Order” form located in our main menu. 

The minimum for any custom order, regardless of whether it’s shirts, shoes, tapestries, mugs, etc., is 10 items of the same type and design. So for example, you can order 10 of Shirt A and 10 of Shirt B, but you cannot bulk order 5 of Shirt A and 5 of Shirt B. 

There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom orders unless there is a provable defect. We go through an extensive approval process with our customers to make sure everyone is happy with overall design and placement, and nothing is sent to print without full customer satisfaction first.

It’s normal for bulk and custom designs to take longer to produce and ship since they are considered “large” orders. Contact us with any questions regarding production and shipping times if you need us to check for you.


Shipping is calculated for you at checkout. It cannot be changed after your order is placed.

It is normal to experience longer shipping times around the holidays, especially between Thanksgiving and New Year's. We ask for your extended patience during those times.

If you have reason to believe your package is lost, contact us with any details you have, and we may be able to arrange a reshipment.
