DOMESTIC ORDERS
Orders placed on thebadshirts.com within domestic regions are shipped using USPS or UPS (including UPS Mail Innovations) or DHL..
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders placed from outside domestic regions are shipped using one of the following carriers: DHL Express, USPS, FedEx, or a local postal service, depending on the destination.
MULTIPLE ITEMS/ SPLIT SHIPMENTS
If your order contains multiple items, please note that it may be delivered in separate packages from different print providers and carriers. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment when available.
Fulfillment times may vary depending on the product type. On average:
- Apparel items (t-shirts, hoodies…): 1–2 weeks
- Non-apparel items (posters, mugs,…): 2–4 weeks
Please note that we are currently unable to provide expedited shipping or fulfillment services, and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping and delivery times depend on the selected shipping method, destination, and carrier. The estimated average shipping times are provided below for reference:
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)
Standard: 3-7 business days
INTERNNATIONAL SHIPPING
Standard: 5–20 business days
Please allow up to 2 weeks for US orders to be delivered and 4 weeks for international orders to be delivered.
- U.S. Shipping: From $6.99 + $2 each extra item for the entire order.
- International Shipping: Starting from $17.11 + $5.5 each extra item for the entire order.
- Free Shipping for US orders over $75, for International orders over $160.
- Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type and destination.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Bad Shirts does not cover or assume liability for any such fees. Any charges imposed by your country’s customs authority must be paid by the customer.
Due to legal restrictions or limitations imposed by shipping carriers, Bad Shirts is unable to ship to certain countries and regions. At this time, we do not ship to the following destinations:
- Israel
- Brazil
- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
- Russia
- Belarus
- Ecuador
- Cuba
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea
- Isle of Man
To cancel an order, please contact the Bad Shirts Customer Service team. Cancellations are only possible before the order enters the packing or shipping stage.
If your order has already been marked as processed by the print provider, it may no longer be possible to cancel the order.
Once an order has been successfully placed and payment processed, any order modifications or item changes cannot be guaranteed. You may still contact the Customer Service team here to request changes; however, please note that updates may not appear on your confirmation page or shipping email.
After your order cancellation is confirmed, please allow 8–10 business days for any refund to be processed back to your original payment method. If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, contact Bad Shirts Customer Support for assistance.
If you have received an incorrect item or your order arrived damaged, please contact the Bad Shirts Customer Service team here for assistance.

Orders must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery, in new and unworn condition, and purchased from our website to be eligible for a return or exchange. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where the order was incorrect or damaged.
Please note that only variant exchanges of equal item value are allowed at this time. Washed or worn items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for orders that were damaged or shipped incorrectly.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 8–10 business days for processing.

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order ID number.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number or tracking link. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking emails for each shipment.
Once your order has been placed and payment successfully processed, any changes to your order or edits to items cannot be guaranteed. You may still contact the Bad Shirts Customer Service team here to request an edit.
Please note that any approved changes may not appear on your order confirmation or shipping email.

While our website may display product availability, we cannot guarantee that any item will be in stock. Bad Shirts reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to modify, discontinue, or remove any products, or to cancel any order. If your order is affected, we will notify you promptly.

Bad Shirts ships orders to all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses, as well as to the majority of international countries.
However, we restrict shipping to certain countries or regions due to legal regulations or shipping carrier limitations. At this time, we are unable to ship to the following destinations:

Please note that we cannot process address changes once an order has entered production or after a shipping label has been generated and tracking information has been provided to the customer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to become active and update within the courier’s system.
At this time, Bad Shirts is unable to provide expedited shipping or guaranteed delivery dates.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for the fulfillment and delivery of domestic orders, and 3–4 weeks for international orders. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
If you receive an order that was shipped incorrectly or contains the wrong item(s), it must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue, whether that involves sending the correct item(s) or providing further guidance on next steps.

Our team will guide you through the process of obtaining a replacement or resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
If your order is marked as “returned to sender” by the shipping carrier, please contact the Bad Shirts Customer Service team to arrange a replacement shipment.
Please kindly note the replacement shipment will not be shipped until the original order has returned and processed back at the sender warehouse.
If your order is returned to sender a second time, the order will be voided and refunded once processed back at the warehouse.
If you choose to receive a refund, please be aware that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note that Bad Shirts is not responsible for any lost or stolen orders once the packages leaves the warehouse.

Bad Shirts accepts payments via PayPal, which allows customers to pay with PayPal balance or major credit cards. E-gift cards can also be redeemed at checkout.

E-Gift Card Info
A Bad Shirts e-gift card is a digital gift card that can be purchased online directly from our website at thebadshirts.com. The e-gift card will be delivered via email from no-reply@thebadshirts.com
. The email will contain a unique code that can be used at checkout to redeem its value.
HOW TO PURCHASE:
- Visit the Bad Shirts E-Gift Card Page
Navigate to the dedicated E-Gift Card section on our website. - Choose an Amount: Select a pre-set value and the quantity of gift cards you wish to purchase.
- Enter Recipient Details:
- Recipient’s name and email address
- A personal message (optional)
- Delivery date (send immediately or schedule for a later date)
- Complete Checkout
Pay for the gift card as you would for any other item. The recipient will receive the e-gift card from no-reply@thebadshirts.com
on the selected delivery date.
HOW TO REDEEM AN E-GIFT CARD:
- At checkout, enter the gift card code in the Gift Card or Promo Code field.
- The value of the gift card will be applied to your order total.
If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift card, you may pay the remaining balance using another payment method.
DO E-Gift CARDS EXPIRE?
E-Gift Cards from Bad Shirts do not expire.
CAN I REFUND OR CANCEL AN E-GIFT CARD?
All e-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once purchased.
